Fred Villareal started  in the construction industry as a nineteen year old apprentice, entering the trades at the laborer level, learning on the job training from one of the true masters of the trade and developing his own set of skills and discovering that he had a true talent of developing leaders. These same skills have enabled him to become the owner of several of his own successful companies.

The skills that Fred developed the most were in management, estimating and training. While managing his own company, he often took the time to train others, revealing to them how to avoid the mistakes and pitfalls that he had  made along the way. While some of Fred’s competitors would see this as a basic mistake since these same people often break away and start businesses of their own, Fred knew and continues to believe that good solid competition will help the industry as a whole as new strong leaders with ethical values are produced. Fred have has proven this theory time after time over the years, as these new leaders have often come back into service as his employees or subcontractors.

Using this same structure,  Fred Villareal now does online coaching and teaching for network marketers. Having seen firsthand the financial and emotional burden that comes from a non directed approach, and from the old traditional approach to network marketing, Fred teaches a structured approach to marketing, putting the new student on a clear and well marked path and making himself available to the person that has a strong desire to learn marketing while teaching the new student all the skills and techniques he needs to become successful. While a gorilla approach to marketing will work if you have unlimited resources, most people venturing into network marketing are doing so part time, with high hopes and no real training and using the family’s budget as a resource.

Having trained under some of the best minds in the network marketing industry, Fred is able to provide training using proven, free and low cost techniques that will allow beginners to gain an online presence very quickly.

While honesty, integrity, experience and knowledge are hallmarks of a leader, Fred has found that leading with a servants heart is what brings true success.
